Different approaches to jigeiko
Have a look at this. Nito-ryu vs. jodan. There's also a woman Kendoka who fights using jodan 90% of the time in another video, but i'll post that up later.

i wouldn't call this a jigeiko, this is the 8 dan kendo competition it's totally way beyond what u could imagine
I have one junior right here in the club i'm currently practising right now who is a gyaku nito user like the one you see in the video.
They got strong left hand, but pity them to have a harder game then most kendo player.
anyway, it is interesting that Chiba is in the video, he's one of the superplayer. The guy doing jodan in the first part. Go check on him then u'll see why.
Abul, you must come and teach me (and us) how to fight nito style k?
ps. i strongly recomend that you start a blog and write abt your life in japan. pics too. that way, we will know more abt your life and share your experiences, AND... get this...

abul: yeah, the way they move is almost supernatural. The nito player can swing his daito faster than i can swing my empty hand..... yikes.
